By installing Klavity Snap or using Klavity Cloud at klavity.quantana.top, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of a company or team, you confirm you have authority to do so. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Klavity is an AI-assisted quality tool. The browser extension (Klavity Snap) and cloud backend (Klavity Cloud) let AI personas — called Sims — review web pages you consent to and automatically file bug and feature tickets to the issue tracker you connect. Klavity is currently in early access and is provided as-is. Features may change, and we may need to take the service down occasionally for maintenance.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your login. Each login is for one person — do not share your account. You are also responsible for the integration credentials (API tokens, webhook URLs) you connect to Klavity; we store them encrypted, but you must ensure they remain authorized and valid.
You may use Klavity only for lawful purposes and in ways that respect others. Specifically, you must not:
You must have the right to allow Sims to review the pages you point Klavity at, and to connect the issue trackers you configure.
You retain ownership of your tickets, screenshots, and any other data you bring into Klavity. By using the service, you grant Quantana the limited rights needed to operate it: to capture the pages you consent to, process them via the LLM provider, store the results, and file tickets to your connected tracker. Klavity connects to third-party services including Jira, Linear, GitHub, Plane, and the LLM provider (currently OpenRouter routing to Google Gemini). Each of these is governed by its own terms of service — your use of them is subject to those terms, not ours. You are responsible for ensuring you are authorized to use those services and for the credentials you provide to Klavity to access them on your behalf.
Klavity is open-core, licensed under FSL-1.1-ALv2. The source code is available under those terms. Quantana retains all rights to its trademarks, brand assets, and the Klavity name. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you beyond the license granted by FSL-1.1-ALv2.
Klavity is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind — express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Sim output is AI-generated and may be inaccurate — always review tickets before acting on them or filing them externally. Quantana is not responsible for decisions made on the basis of Sim output.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Quantana and its staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of Klavity. In any case, Quantana's aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions of certain damages — in those cases our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted.
Either party may end this relationship at any time. You can close your account and stop using Klavity whenever you like — contact us at hello@quantana.com.au to request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, though we'll try to give you notice first where practical. On termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms as Klavity evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Klavity after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, being the home jurisdiction of Quantana. Any disputes will be resolved under Australian law.
